Definitions

  • Client = Person who made the order
  • Recipient = Person who will receive the order paid by the client
  • We = Shop owner and employees
  • Shop = Flower shop (i.e. Rosa & Rosas located at 2545 W 80th St Unit 1, Hialeah, FL 33016)

General Policy

  • Refunds do not apply for cancellations or for when the order has been delivered, with the exception that the product breaks during delivery or if a date/time confusion occurred (see Confusions below).
  • If the arrangement has been delivered, the Client cannot cancel their order.
  • If the Recipient is not present when delivering the Client's order, we will attempt to contact both the Recipient and the Client.
    • With the consent of the Client or the Recipient, we can hold the arrangement at the Shop if the Recipient isn't present to receive the order. Alternatively, with either of their consent, we can also leave the order at the delivery location (ex. recipient's front steps). We will however not refund the delivery cost. 
    • If neither the Client nor the Recipient responds to any of our attempts, we will leave the order at the delivery location and send photographic proof (photo with a message) of the delivery to the Client. We will not refund the delivery cost. 

Confusions

  • If We deliver the order to the wrong delivery location, we will re-deliver it at no extra cost. However, if the Client inputs the wrong delivery location, either the Recipient or the Client will have to pick up the order at the Shop. The client can however pay extra for another attempt at delivery. In that case, the Client will have to consult the Shop owner for the extra price.
  • If We deliver the order at the wrong delivery date or timewe will refund the entire order. If the Client inputs the wrong delivery date or timethen no refund will be issued. 
  • If We deliver at the wrong location and (date or time), we will refund the entire order. If the Client commits the aforementioned error, then no refund will be issued.
